- Request clothing, diapers, gear, books & toys via the Community Exchange form
- Make a donation through Zeffy
- Contact Changes Idaho
This may include name, email, phone, mailing address, children's clothing sizes/ages, and donation amount.
Automatically collected via Squarespace and Google Analytics: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time on site, plus cookies.
2. How Information Is Used
- To fulfill clothing and gear requests and coordinate pickup and drop-off
- To process donations and send tax receipts through Zeffy
- To communicate about programs, diaper drives, and impact
- To improve the website at www.changesidaho.org
- To comply with Google Ad Grants website quality requirements
Personal information is not sold.
3. Donations via Zeffy
The donation page at /give-money uses Zeffy to process contributions. Zeffy is a secure, third-party platform that charges no platform fees to nonprofits — 100% of donations go to the mission of Changes Idaho. When a donation is made, Zeffy collects payment information and provides Changes Idaho with name, email, and donation details to issue a tax receipt. All donations are processed over HTTPS. 4. Sharing
Information is only shared with service providers necessary to operate Changes Idaho (Squarespace for hosting, Zeffy for donations, Google for analytics and Google Ad Grants), or as required by law.
5. Cookies & Google Analytics / Google Ad Grants
Changes Idaho uses Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Participation in Google Ad Grants may involve the use of cookies to show ads to relevant users and measure performance.

6. Children's Privacy
Changes Idaho supports families with children from infancy through toddler years. Personal information is not knowingly collected directly from children under 13 without parental consent. Clothing size and age information is provided by parents or guardians for the purpose of fulfilling requests.
