What Happens Next?

Confirm a Date: Our team will review your donation and your requested sizes, then reach out via text or email within 3–5 business days to confirm a date that works for you.

Pickup + Drop-Off at the Same Time: On the confirmed day, our volunteers will pick up your donation and drop off your requested essentials in one visit at your address. No need to leave items out until we confirm the date.

Community Care: Your donated items will be sorted and rehomed to other local families, and your family will be supported with items from our community closet.
